Experience – Min 3 to 5 Years of experience as an Store Executive Or Store Manager or Senior Store Executive from any Manufacturing Industry
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Ensure all material received is as per PO.
- Preparation GRN
- Tally Prime , Basic Excel
- Ensure material is stored with proper identification at allocated area.
- Periodic Stock Verification.
- Daily Stock shortages reporting to Operation Head /Purchase
- Maintain Stock books daily basis up to date.
- Handling of all assets of store management.
- Making GRN Manual & in System
- Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of Trims & Accessories & other supplies, and monitor stock levels to avoid Shortages or excesses.
- Procurement: Coordinate with Purchase team to order materials and negotiate favourable terms, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Storage: Organise and optimize the storage of materials to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy retrieval. Maintaining stocks on 5S will be an additional advantage
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, prepare reports, and maintain relevant documentation.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Team Management: Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures to safeguard materials and personnel.
