Skills & Job Descriptions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and submit stock statements to the bank in accordance with regulatory guidelines and deadlines. Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile stock balances with the balance sheet on a regular basis. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure proper documentation and recording of stock transactions. Coordinate and facilitate stock audits conducted by internal or external auditors.
- Prepare and submit FFR-1 and FFR-2 reports on a quarterly basis in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure timely submission of GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, to the Chartered Accountant for review and filing.
- Monthly payment of PF challans, TDS, IT return and other statutory dues in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Compare and reconcile monthly sales orders with corresponding invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify and reconcile purchase orders with supplier invoices, resolving any discrepancies or discrepancies in quantities, prices, or terms.
- Managing import documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- All type of Bank works including, Bank Transactions, Loan Management, Bank Reconsilation, Cash management, CS supporting works, Tax Coordination, Compliences and Audit support work.
