Skills & Job Descriptions
- Responsible for plant production, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.
- Major Focus on troubleshooting in Extruders and mixer with corrective action.
- Knowledge on production planning, maintaining quality database and material management.
- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional area.
- Raw material management (Stock keeping and inventory controlling).
- Ensure Calibration of all measuring instruments used as per schedule & maintain the record of calibration.
- Responsible for documentation SOP, Work Instruction, in process inspection report, F.PA/L.P.A. Operator Training.
- Performing SAP entry for material requisition
- Maintain shift record, Rejection record.
- Raw material Lab Testing Knowledge.
- Knowledge on implementing Kaizen, 5’S activities.
