Skills & Job Descriptions
- Must be well versed with either of Hindi or Gujarati language
- Must be familiar with raw materials used in the Kraft paper lamination process, including gum, Kraft paper roll and plastic films.
- Must be familiar with equipment used in the production process, including rubber roller, Graveur rolls, steel rolls, doctor blade etc.
- Should know how to conduct Kraft paper lamination (should be easy since the machine is automated and synchronized).
- Must know how to adjust pressure and tension of rolls to produce crease-free lamination
- At Least 1 year of experience in machine operations and industrial processes.
- All work will be on-site and employee must be prepared to travel to the factory on a daily basis
