- Manage Team of 7 to 8 Showroom Sales Executive
- Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Providing customers with product knowledge and advice on jewelry selection in order to help them make informed buying decisions
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop business strategies to raise our customer’s pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
