Experience – Min 3+ Years Exp as International Call Center Executive/BPO Call Center/KPO Call Center, Non Voice Process, Custom Service Representative or Technical Support Executive or Chat Email Support
Qualification – IT Engineer/BE/Btech/EC/BCA MCA or Any Graduates

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Laptop & stable internet connection with power backup (Minimum: 8 GB RAM, Core i3/i5 or equivalent; 100 MBPS plan from Airtel/Jio preferred ISP)
- Handle Business Operations: Drive seamless business operations by overseeing and optimizing key processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
- Administrative/Executive Assistance: Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, handle emails and messages, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer service by implementing proactive support measures, addressing queries, and continuously enhancing the overall customer experience to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- E-commerce Assistance: Proficiently navigate and optimize online platforms, manage product listings, and streamline order fulfillment processes to enhance overall e-commerce efficiency.
- CRM and Lead Management: Execute strategic customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, adeptly handling lead tracking, and nurturing to foster meaningful and enduring client relationships.
- Excel and MIS Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports, providing key stakeholders with accurate data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
- Research: Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information and prepare summaries and reports to support decision-making.
- Vendor Management: Manage communication, documents, and invoices; process and track orders and take care of compliance and vendor contracts.
