- Responsible for Back Office Operations general insurance (Health & Motor department)
- Responsible for processing quotations, claims and providing related services
- Responsible for being a bridge between the insurance company and the RM & Clients, for paperwork, claims, services, and guidance
- Responsible for effectively completion of paperwork & resolving queries
- Responsible for timely completing work that’s assigned and following up with respected companies
- Responsible for coordinating claims and related processes as well
