- Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies tailored to the market, utilizing a mix of sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, conduct interviews, and make data-driven hiring decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employees, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances in line with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives, to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and stay attuned to employee sentiments, proactively addressing concerns and promoting open communication channels.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development discussions, to facilitate employee growth and align individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Identify training and development needs across the organization, designing and implementing relevant learning programs, workshops, and skill-building initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices, feedback delivery, and talent development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements governing HR practices, including but not limited to the Shops and Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Maternity Benefit Act.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation, ensuring adherence to data privacy and protection laws such as GDPR and the Indian IT Act.
