Experience – 5+ years of experience in financial management or Accounting Manager/Finance Manager/Finance Head preferably in the manufacturing or building materials industry
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Monitor and analyze cash inflow and outflow.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information on upcoming cash inflows, such as payments, income, sales proceeds, and financing.
- Experience with accounting software and systems, preferably with SAP CPA
- Implement strategies to improve cash flow efficiency, such as optimizing payment schedules and reducing cash conversion cycles.
including managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of receivables.
- Monitor bank account balances and reconcile discrepancies.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of different scenarios on cash inflow and outflow.
- Prepare regular reports on cash flow performance, variance analysis, and key financial metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
- Communicate effectively with external parties, such as vendors, tenants, and financial institutions, to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Monitor and track all expenses related to property management, including utilities, maintenance, repairs, taxes, insurance, and other operational costs.
