- Ensure all necessary paperwork and submit the shipments on time
- Get right details from Cutomer or Colleague for Pickup and Deliver Courier, Sample, labeling, Packing Shipment on time.
- Product Delivery, maintain online Parcel Delivery records
- Do pakaging and Repackaging of Shipments
- Transport goods and packages from the point of origin to designated locations efficiently and safely.
- Collect payments or obtain signatures from customers upon delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and resolving complaints.
