- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati – Computer knowledge – MS Office
- Customer Service Executive whose primary responsibility to Pick up and Deliver things for all departments
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and submit the shipments on time
- Get right details from Cutomer or Colleague for Pickup and Deliver Courier,Sample,Shipment on time
- Do pakaging and Repackaging of Shipments
- Plan in advance of Timing and Routes for task to complete the work before/on time.
- Give right Updates to subordinates and customer for Pickup and Delivery
- Maintain Daily,Weekly and Monthly Data as per defined System and process and Submit to Superier or management
- Take Monthly Feedback on delivered shipments from all the customer
