  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati – Computer knowledge – MS Office
  • Customer Service Executive whose primary responsibility to Pick up and Deliver things for all departments
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and submit the shipments on time
  • Get right details from Cutomer or Colleague for Pickup and Deliver Courier,Sample,Shipment on time
  • Do pakaging and Repackaging of Shipments
  • Plan in advance of Timing and Routes for task to complete the work before/on time.
  • Give right Updates to subordinates and customer for Pickup and Delivery
  • Maintain Daily,Weekly and Monthly Data as per defined System and process and Submit to Superier or management
  • Take Monthly Feedback on delivered shipments from all the customer
