Experience – Min 5+ Year Exp as Security Field Officer or Security Officer or ex army security guard or Personal Bodyguard

- Have good exposure in Security industry.
- Handling Sites and maintain Manpower.
- Able to manage Security employees.
- Able to Prepare Reports as Per Requirements.
- Have good source of manpower.
- Excellent presentation skills and problem solving attitude.
- Daily Manpower Management.
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
- Respond to Client complaints and special requests
- Support in New site mobilization.
- Provide manpower as per requirements.
- Daily site visit and maintain report.
- Keep supervisor and manpower in discipline.
- Check Security standard as per client’s requirements.
- Take disciplinary action when required.
- Coordination with head office on regular base.
- Train Staff on Fire and Safety tasks.
