Skills & Job Descriptions
- Product knowledge: He/she possess in depth product knowledge whether they will be assigned any product. Develop a deep understanding of our FRP/GRP industrial products range, including their features/benefits and applications in various industries
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify potential customers through online research, networking, cold-calling, industry directories, and other creative method.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations to showcase the superior features and benefits of our electrical and instrumentation products compared to the competition. Address customer queries and concerns during the demonstration process.
- Technical Expertise: Possess an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of our E&I products, including their applications, functionalities, and advantages over competitor offerings. Be prepared to provide technical explanations to our clients.
- Customer Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers who currently use competitor products that align with our offerings. Analyze their needs and requirements to create a tailored approach for product conversion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, technical, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth conversion process. Collaborate with the technical team to address any technical challenges faced during the conversion.
