- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring recommendations.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
- Ensuring that necessary paperwork, contracts, and documentation are completed during the onboarding process.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees to address workplace concerns, conflicts, or grievances
- Developing and implementing performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance against predefined goals and competencies.
- Implementing career development programs to support employees’ professional growth and advancement within the organization.
- Keeping track of market trends to ensure the organization’s compensation packages remain competitive.
- Ensuring that employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
- Organizing events, team-building activities, and initiatives to promote a positive and engaging work culture.
- Conducting employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Encouraging open communication and feedback channels within the organization
- Managing the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews to gather feedback.
- Ensuring a smooth transition for employees leaving the organization.
- Collaborating with management on organizational growth strategies, including workforce planning and restructuring.
