Job Skills & Role Responsibility
- You will be working very closely with the Operations & Consumer Experience Team to be the middle touch point between both the teams by effectively managing consumer co-ordinations and passing it on to the Operations Team
- Strong analytical skills will be required
- Should be able to wear multiple hats at once
- You will have to ensure that Operations Team & Warehousing Solutions are performing at their optimum capacity & always run at 100% efficiency levels
- Observe operations processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend & implement changes that can improve productivity across the Operations Team
- Strong Warehousing & Logistics Knowledge
- Implementation of tools & software to make the warehouse more efficient
- Must have strong understanding of Warehousing practices
- Keeping a daily track of raw materials, stocks, dispatches, inwards & outwards
- Efficiently managing & working closely with the rest of the Warehouse Team
