Base Salary – up to 60K – Depends on Exp & Interview
Experience – Min +5 Year as Production Shift Incharge or Plant Shift Supervisor or Prodution Manager from chlorination, organic pigments/Green Pigments production Engineer or organic chemical Pigment manufacturing industry.
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Assist Production Manager in following activities:
- Plant Operations.
- To achieve production targets along with established operating efficiencies.
- Review present process and operating systems and take steps to de-bottleneck plant operations wherever possible.
- Quality control, Maintain clean and safe plant.
- Implement a Total Preventive Maintenance Schedule to reduce machine downtime.
- Training and Motivation of staff.
- Senior Chemists having extensive experience of working in a Green Pigments / Phthalocyanine Pigments Plant can be considered.
- Must be well versed in Hindi and English Language.
- Salary will be no bar for deserving candidates.
