Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree/diploma in electrical, Economics, Business, or a related field. A focus
on regulatory, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
Experience – Min 2 to 4 year Exp as Regulatory Compliance Officer or Revenue Norms & Commission Department or revenue analysis Executive in the energy or renewable sector
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyze financial data related to tariffs and revenue
- Assist in researching and interpreting revenue norms, tariffs, and commission guidelines set by regulatory bodies, such as CERC and SERCs.
- Help ensure compliance with government policies on revenue-sharing, tariff structures, and incentives for solar energy projects.
- Monitor updates in regulations and prepare summaries for the senior legal and regulatory team
- Assist in preparing tariff petitions, replies, and comments for submission to regulatory commissions.
- Help draft documents and reports required for filing revenue-related petitions and handling hearings with SERCs/CERC.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect data needed for tariff filings and ensure accuracy in submissions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of revenue norms, commission orders, and regulatory submissions.
- Track and report on compliance with revenue norms and regulatory approvals for ongoing projects.
