Experience – Min 3 to 5 years of experience of BIM Modeler/Revit BIM Modeler MEP Project Engineer/Bim Technician / Modeller (Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical)
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural and structural elements of projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and structural design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles and LEED certification is a plus
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure BIM models align with project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Assist in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and reports based on BIM models.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to BIM technology.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows and standards within the firm.
